Whenever I am sad or worried, I go out in Nature! I feel safe there and at peace with myself and the world. Thoughts of happiness, fulfillment and gratitude start coming up in my mind, making me feel secure, guided and protected. Nature calms me down, and I realize that I am a vital part of Nature!
My mind helps me: it finds solutions!
The present moment gets my full attention!
