Each time worry tries to sneak in, I get back to the reality of the present moment! Each time anxious feelings want to get my attention, I get back to what goes on in the present moment of my life! I live in the Now – in the present moment – and it gets all my attention! I am not worried in the Now: I am calm! I am not troubled in the Now: I am with a peaceful mind! I am not in a hurry now: I enjoy life and find the time to count all my blessings! The present moment is all there is for me, and I live fully in the reality of Now!
I pay no attention to worry; I take action instead!
I can be patient, and I can be calm!
Worry is a thing of the past!
The past is long forgotten: my chance for happiness is now, and I welcome it!
Only positive thoughts fill my mind!
