I pay attention to my feelings; they are an important indicator for me. Should I feel stressed or sad, I know that there is something wrong—that some bad, unwanted thoughts have found their way to me. My task is then to find them and remove them from my mind. I do that with ease. In no time, I find and remove bad thoughts and easily replace them with positive ones. Once a bad thought is noticed, I quickly deal with it; therefore, only good, helpful, nourishing thoughts are left in my mind—thoughts that bring me joy and love. I am constantly on guard for bad thoughts; this is why my mind is at peace.
