I have the capacity to be happy; inner peace is just a step away. Happiness is a personal emotion – only I can make myself happy, no other can do this for me. I am the only one who feels my own emotions, thinks my own thoughts and experiences life the way I do. Therefore, I should have control over the way I feel, and, in fact, I do. I decide to be happy every single day. I do the things that make me happy, think the thoughts that make me happy, and I experience happiness all day. Within me, there are deep resources of happiness. Happiness serves me well! I am the master of my own happiness. I choose to be happy each day.
