Today, there is just me, and I am encouraging myself. I don’t need anybody else today, I am not waiting for anybody else today. I am self-sufficient today, I need me. I can bring myself up when I am down. I can nourish myself. I can encourage and motivate myself. I can listen to my inner voice, to my inner child, to my deepest desires. Today, I will encourage myself, I will motivate myself to go beyond what is familiar to me, beyond what feels safe. It is only me, and I am enough today.
