I am in control of my thinking. Long gone are my bad thinking habits. Now, each thought is carefully inspected before it is accepted in my mind. Being careful with my thoughts helps me a lot. Now, there is a huge difference in my self-talk; I only entertain helpful, encouraging thoughts—thoughts that increase my self-esteem and self-worth. I feel valuable now. I am not dependent on other people’s opinions; I have my own opinion now. I am free to think positive thoughts and experience positive emotions. As a result of this, my life has improved immensely. Today, I am a positive thinker.
