I constantly observe my thinking process. No thoughts are left without them being inspected. I welcome positive, nourishing thoughts, and the bad thoughts – they are free to leave. I feel no need to think those bad thoughts, they are not helpful and, in most cases, are not true. I am a positive thinker with healthy thinking habits. My subconscious always listens, it never sleeps. My subconscious feels good because I feed it with the right thoughts. Once the right thoughts start entertaining my subconscious, miracles happen fast. This is my aim – to affect my subconscious. Each day I feed it with the right thoughts, and each day my self-talk improves. I am a person who is aware of their thoughts. I stay on guard, and as my self-talk improves – my life improves.
