I feel self-love; I feel self-respect; I am pleased with myself; and I am happy with myself. Each day, I talk to myself in a friendly, loving way. I use words of encouragement, loving words, kind words, tender words when I talk to myself. My self-talk is more than a friend: it is a desired companion in my life, a partner who cares for me and respects me. My self-talk is always positive – allowing me to live happily and love myself. Today, I love myself. Tomorrow, I will also love myself. Each day, I love myself and think the best about myself.
