I choose to live with an untroubled mind. My mental health depends on me. I am not allowing feelings of worry and pain to overtake my mind anymore. I let them go. I let fear, pain, and worry go. I will not miss them; I am better off without them. I choose to replace them with feelings of gratitude and joy. I let go of worry and welcome happiness and serenity. I let pain go and welcome contentment. I let fear go and welcome courage. I feel so much better now; I feel free.
