Each day, I make it a rule to experience self-love and self-appreciation. This makes my days amazing, calm and peaceful. I am at peace with myself, nothing troubles me. Experiencing positive emotions like self-love, self-respect, self-appreciation, etc., changes my life completely. I now am happy with myself, happy with my life. I now am pleased with my life. I am an optimist when it comes to my life, and I feel great.
