Whatever goes on in my life, I pay attention only to the good thoughts and experiences that I have. Negative thoughts are dismissed; I do not pay attention to them. Only thoughts that contribute to my happiness and well-being are valuable for me. I guard my mind daily. Each minute, each second: I guard my mind and stay aware of my thoughts. My thinking habits serve me well, and I am pleased.
