The Past Stays in the Past; and Today, I Live in the Present

My life, dreams, and hopes are in the present. For me, there is no other reality than the reality of the present moment, no other truth. Each day, I stay in the present and make my decisions in the present. I am living my life now; I am not dwelling on the past. I am not wishing for a better life in some distant future; I am living a better life now. Each minute, I contribute to the creation of a better life for myself. Each minute, I am building my life in the reality of the present moment.
