I live in the Now – in the present moment – and it gets all my attention! I am not worried in the Now: I am calm! I am not troubled in the Now: I am with a peaceful mind! I am not in a hurry now: I enjoy life and find the time to count all my blessings! The present moment is all there is for me, and I live fully in the reality of Now!
