Each time worry tries to sneak in, I get back to the reality of the present moment. Each time anxious feelings want to get my attention, I get back to what is going on in the present moment of my life. I live in the Now—in the present moment—and it gets all my attention. I am not worried in the Now; I am calm. I am not troubled in the Now; I have a peaceful mind. I am not in a hurry now. I enjoy life and find the time to count all my blessings. The present moment is all there is for me, and I live fully in the reality of Now.
