The happier thoughts I think, the happier I feel. The happier I feel, the happier I become. Happiness means happy thoughts, happy emotions and feelings. Each day, my thoughts are about happiness, and I am thankful for the happiness that is in my life. I am a happy person. I always feel emotions of happiness, emotions of joy. Because I am content with my life, I feel happy. Because I have perfect health, I am happy. Because I have loving friends, I am happy. Because I love myself, I am happy. There are so many reasons for me to be happy, and I remind them to myself each day.
