I smile in front of the mirror; I smile with my family and friends. I live a joyous life: I smile and am in a good mood constantly. Even if I don’t feel like smiling, I smile. This makes a great difference in my life. The more I smile, the happier I become, and the more things there are to make me smile. I practice smiling daily, and this makes me feel good: yes, I always smile and feel good.
