Whenever bad moods come, I stay still, calm, in peace with myself and my life, and I listen to my heart. In times of challenge, I find a place deep within me that feels safe. Each time I feel bad, scared, worried, or insecure, I go back to that safe place and find strength there. I am able to reach a place within myself that calms me down, that is peaceful, and that judges nothing and no one. Deep inside of me, there is a place of inner peace, deep wisdom, never-ending calmness, and stillness, and whenever I visit that place, I get back renewed and rejuvenated.
