Whenever I feel anger, it quickly leaves. I have the ability to stay calm in times of stress. And I can manage my emotions. I am the master of my moods, and I can change my response to any given situation in order to achieve inner peace of mind. Anger never stays with me; it leaves. Worry never stays with me; it leaves. Whenever I feel angry, I have the capacity to quickly change the state of mind that I am currently in and then feel calm and happy again.
